Mark Kirk says NO to 2nd Amendment again!

In keeping with his F- grade given by Gun Owners of America, Mark Kirk (R IL-10th) is once again showing his true Anti-Second Amendment colors.  For on 08/18/08, Kirk received an endorsement from New York Mayor, Michael Bloomberg, as part of Bloomberg's push for gun control across the country via his, "Mayors Against Illegal Guns," coalition.   Bloomberg praised Kirk as he seeks to close a so called loophole that allows gun dealers to sell weapons without the required background checks if their distribution licenses are revoked.

Like the true RINO (Republican In Name Only) he is, Kirk is seeking to pass legislation Against Gun Rights and against the traditional Republican conscience.

Even Kirk's Democratic opponent, Dan Seals has no problem with Kirk's position on the 2nd Amendment, as both men hold the same view.  Seals' campaign released a statement saying gun-control is "not a point of contention in this race."

For those of us who value freedom, the Second Amendment, and the Constitution, there is no difference between Democrat Dan Seals and Republican Mark Kirk.  That is why there is only one choice for those who believe in the Rule of Law, in Limited Government, and in a Constitutional Republic, Allan Stevo.

Allan Stevo is running as an Independent in the 10th District of Illinois.  Stevo belives the right to keep and bear arms is an individual right that has existed long before the writing of the U.S. Constitution, and that the U.S. Congress has no authority to infringe upon this right in any way.

The Founding Fathers ratified the Second Amendment knowing that this right is the guardian of every other right.  Allan shares their belief that in a free society each citizen must have the right to keep and bear arms.

Allan Stevo is the ONLY candidate for the 10th District of Illinois we can trust to protect our right to keep and bear arms without compromise.
